These Terms govern your use of Pastel Notes: Color Notes, PDF (the "App") provided by Fighttech. By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Google Play terms.
2. Your content
You own the notes and files you create. They are stored on your device or your own Google Drive. You are responsible for keeping backups; we are not liable for lost data caused by device loss, uninstalling, or failure to back up.
3. Pastel Notes Pro
Pro is offered as weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions and as a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Google Play. A free trial may be offered on some plans; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy.
4. Ads
The free version shows ads provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use the App to break the law, or try to reverse-engineer, disrupt or misuse the App or its services.
6. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Fighttech is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Changes and termination
We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
